Hubei Kipoer Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. manufactures food-grade PET and PP disposable cups, lids and matching accessories for takeaway beverage and light-meal packaging. Since 2015 we have built our production around PET and PP sheet extrusion, thermoforming and cup molding at our Xiaogan base in Hubei, China, supplying chain beverage operators, food service distributors, supermarket fresh departments and private-label brands.
Our Disposable Plastic Cups & Lids & Accessories manufacturer range covers 200ml to 700ml cup bodies, flat lids, dome lids, straw-hole lids, direct-drinking lids and sealed bowl lids, produced in a Class 100,000 food dust-free workshop with in-house mold processing.
Four Product Families in Our Cup and Lid Range
As a Disposable Plastic Cups & Lids & Accessories Manufacturers manufacturer, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
The range is organised so that a beverage or light-meal programme can be sourced from one supplier: the cup body, the closure and the printed branding all come from the same tooling and forming process.
Disposable PET Cup
Blow-molded food-grade PET cups with high light transmission, a rounded flat rim and a pressure-resistant body. Used for cold drinks, milk tea, juice, layered beverages and fresh-cut fruit, including 24oz and 32oz large formats. See the full Disposable PET Cup series.
Disposable PET Cup Lid
Flat lids, domed lids for milk foam and cream drinks, straw-hole flat lids and leak-resistant sealing lids, matched to our PET cup rims. The Disposable PET Cup Lid range includes the XGL-117 dome lid for fresh-cut fruit cups and the XGL-98 direct-drinking beverage lid.
Disposable PET Bowl Lid
High-transparency lids that seal kraft paper bowls, paper salad bowls and PP bowls, so the portion stays visible while the contents remain protected. Formats include the XGL-165T 165mm round bowl lid and the XGL-1000 square lid for 1000ml paper bowls, used for salads, porridge, soups and rice bowls.
Disposable PP Cup Lid
Polypropylene lids with a matte finish for hot and room-temperature beverages, including flip-top and horseshoe-style flip-top designs with an optional ventilation hole. The Disposable PP Cup Lid family is available in white and black, with a wide printable top surface for branding.

PET or PP: Selecting by Beverage and Serving Temperature
Material choice follows the drink, not the other way round. PET gives the clarity that shows tea layers, fruit pieces and toppings, and it is the standard for cold-serve programmes. PP carries the heat resistance needed for hot and room-temperature beverages and takes a matte surface that holds printed graphics cleanly.
- Cold-serve and visual-led menus: PET cup with a PET flat, dome or straw-hole lid.
- Hot coffee and tea: PP flip-top or horseshoe lid, with a ventilation hole where steam release is required.
- Fresh-cut fruit and dessert cups: PET cup with a domed lid sized to the fill height.
- Salad, soup and rice bowls: PET bowl lid matched to the paper or PP bowl rim.
Specifications We Confirm Before Tooling and Production
Cup and lid performance in takeaway service depends on a small number of dimensions. We confirm these against your filling line and delivery conditions before a mould is cut or a production run is scheduled.
- Cup rim diameter and taper — the datum that determines lid snap-fit and stacking behaviour.
- Nominal capacity and fill line — declared volume against the working fill level, including headspace for foam or toppings.
- Wall thickness and top-load — matched to cup height, sleeve or carrier use and stacking in delivery bags.
- Lid type and aperture — flat, dome, straw hole or direct-drinking opening, with the drinking aperture positioned for the intended lid orientation.
- Print area and artwork — cup body wrap and lid top surface, with colour matching to your brand reference.
- Packing format — sleeve or bag count, carton configuration and pallet pattern for your warehouse.
Sealing, Stacking and Delivery Performance
Lid and cup are engineered as one pair. The snap-fit interference on the rim is adjusted so the lid closes with a positive feel, resists loosening when the cup is carried in a bag or a cup carrier, and still opens without deforming the rim. For bowl lids, the same principle applies to the paper or PP bowl rim, where a consistent seal limits leakage and prevents flavour transfer between stacked containers.
Where a programme uses several cup sizes, we keep rim geometry common across the family so one lid specification serves multiple cup bodies and your outlet staff handle fewer SKUs.
Custom Moulds, Printing and Brand Differentiation
Customisation is our core business. Our R&D team develops moulds from physical samples, product drawings or stated size requirements, and we support appearance, thickness, colour matching, anti-fog, anti-static and laminating adjustments. Company logos, designs and slogans can be printed on both the cup body and the lid.
- New cup or lid geometry developed from your sample or drawing.
- Colour matching for cup body, lid and print.
- Anti-fog treatment for chilled and fresh-cut applications.
- Universal stock items for fresh food trays, fruit boxes and fast-food containers, with small batches shipped directly.
Capacity, Cleanroom Production and Quality Control
Our production base runs 16 fully automatic high-speed vacuum forming lines with independent mould processing equipment and a Class 100,000 food dust-free cleanroom, across a 50,000 m² workshop with more than 400 employees. Monthly production capacity reaches 2,000 tons, which allows small trial orders and long-term volume programmes to run alongside each other, with surplus capacity for peak-season scheduling.
Quality control follows the product from raw material to finished carton:
- Incoming sheet and resin checked for food-contact compliance before release to production.
- Dust-free, controlled forming and in-line inspection at each process step.
- Finished goods sampled for dimensions, sealing, temperature resistance and odour.
- In-house laboratory with temperature resistance chambers, sealing testers, thickness testers and food material safety equipment.
- Third-party food-contact test reports issued for delivered programmes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you supply a lid that fits cups we already buy?
Yes. Send the cup rim diameter, taper and a physical sample or drawing. We check the snap-fit geometry and either match an existing lid in our range or develop a mould for the rim you use.
What cup capacities are available?
Our disposable cup range covers 200ml to 700ml, including 24oz and 32oz large-format PET cups for beverages and fresh-cut fruit. Lid formats include flat, domed, straw-hole, direct-drinking and sealed bowl lids.
Can we print our brand on the cup and the lid?
Custom brand printing is supported on both the cup body and the lid, including logos, designs and slogans. We match colours to your reference and confirm the printable area during configuration.
Do you accept small trial orders before a full programme?
We run small-batch trial orders and large long-term orders on the same lines, and universal stock items can be shipped directly in small quantities. Trial volumes are confirmed against the tooling and print setup required.
How is food-contact safety verified?
Raw materials are checked for food-contact compliance before entering production, forming runs in a Class 100,000 dust-free cleanroom with in-line inspection, and finished goods are sampled for dimensions, sealing, temperature resistance and odour. Third-party food-contact test reports are issued for delivered programmes.
