Cup and Lid Matching

Lid fit decides whether a cup performs on a filling line. We dimension the rim and the lid skirt together so the closure seats squarely, resists pop-off under stacking and holds liquid through tilt and transport. Flat lids suit sealed takeaway service, dome lids add headroom for toppings and layered fills, and direct-drinking lids remove the need for a straw.

Matched closures are supplied as Disposable PET Cup Lid and PET bowl lid formats, with PP lids available where the project specifies a different lid material.

Production Capacity, Tooling and Cleanroom Control

Our Xiaogan plant runs 16 fully automatic high-speed vacuum forming lines with in-house mold processing equipment and a Class 100,000 food dust-free cleanroom. Sheet capacity reaches 30,000 tons per year, and monthly output of food packaging containers exceeds 200,000 boxes, which gives us room to absorb seasonal peaks and long-term programmes.

What sizes of disposable PET cup do you manufacture?

Our current models include a 24 oz large beverage cup with a direct-drinking lid and a 32 oz wide-mouth dome-lid cup for fresh-cut fruit. Beyond these, we produce straight-wall and tapered cold-drink cups in project-defined diameters, heights and capacities using dedicated molds.

Are PET cups suitable for hot drinks?

PET is a cold-fill material and suits chilled and ambient beverage and fruit applications. For hot-fill or heat-sealed programmes we supply PP and PETG containers produced on the same food-grade lines.

Can you produce a cup that matches our existing lid?

Yes. Send a physical sample, a product drawing or the rim and skirt dimensions, and we will build the mold to that interface and confirm a working sample before volume production.

Do you supply cups and lids as one package?

We supply cups together with matched PET cup lids, PET bowl lids and PP cup lids, so the rim, skirt and stacking height are dimensioned as a single closure system rather than sourced separately.

What testing is carried out before shipment?

Finished cups and lids are sampled for dimensions, sealing performance, temperature resistance and odour, supported by thickness testing and food material safety testing equipment. Third-party food-contact test reports are issued for the relevant materials.
